The College Student Personnel Association Of New York State (CSPA-NYS) is excited to announce that the 2026 New York Leadership Engagement Conference will be held at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY on Monday, June 8th!
Through idea sharing, curiosity, and a desire to improve skills and strategies in achieving transformational campuses, attendees bring their experience and expertise from various functional areas, including but not limited to: student activities, residential life, career development, multicultural affairs, community service, athletics, and other areas that offer leadership development.

Proposal submissions will open on February 1st and close on April 1st.

Yes, breakfast & lunch will be provided for all attendees.
+ I've never been to NYLEC, what can I expect?
Expect to be able to engage with people in the higher education feild from across the state. NYLEC is an opportunity to make in-person professional connections. There will be a variety of engagement opportunites including: networking lunch, educational sessions, resource sharing, and some fun interactive activities.
