In Person Event Safety Guidelines

As we transition to include some in-person events, CSPA-NYS will be implementing the following safeguards to abide by local and federal compliance and promote the safety and well-being of our attendees. Our association values the health and well-being of our members and the communities in which our members reside and work. COVID-19 is still a risk and we encourage all attendees to use caution and personal judgment when deciding to attend any in-person events. As an association, we promise to implement the following safeguards:

  • Asking all attendees to monitor symptoms and do not attend CSPA-NYS events if they are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19.

  • CSPA-NYS is taking precaution by limiting the capacity to the capacity recommended by the venue following local department of health and/or federal guidelines.

  • CSPA-NYS is taking precaution by following masking guidance as currently recommended by the local department of health and/or federal guidelines.

  • Events are subject to change based on local and federal guidance - CSPA-NYS will continue to monitor conditions as event approach and will change/cancel events as necessary
